Tank Installation at Ngomeni Primary School – Ward 5

Gokwe South Rural District Council successfully carried out the installation of a water storage tank at Ngomeni Primary School in Ward 5 as part of its ongoing initiative to improve access to safe and reliable water within the district.
The project was implemented in response to water challenges affecting the school and surrounding community. The newly installed tank will ensure a consistent supply of clean water for drinking, sanitation, handwashing, and other essential school activities. This development is expected to enhance hygiene standards, reduce the risk of waterborne diseases, and create a healthier learning environment for pupils and staff.
The initiative reflects the Council’s commitment to promoting safe water access, supporting education, and improving public health across all wards. By prioritizing water infrastructure at Ngomeni Primary School, the Council is investing in the well-being and academic success of learners.
The successful completion of this project demonstrates Gokwe South Rural District Council’s dedication to strengthening service delivery and fostering sustainable community development.
