
Gokwe South Rural District Council successfully conducted its Second Full Council Meeting for the year 2026 on 30 June 2026 at the Council Chambers. The meeting brought together councillors, council management, and key officials to deliberate on matters aimed at improving service delivery and promoting sustainable development across the district.
The Full Council Meeting provided an important platform for reviewing the implementation of council resolutions, assessing progress on development projects, and considering reports from the various council committees. Members also discussed strategies to enhance revenue collection, strengthen financial management, improve infrastructure development, and ensure efficient delivery of essential public services.
Council reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance by making informed decisions that respond to the needs and aspirations of the people of Gokwe South.
